Just throwing it out there - anyone keen on a Jones Hovercraft 160, used for 2 weeks in Japan, so hasn't seen a rock in its life, just one small scrape on the deck (you can hardly see it).
It's pretty much as new, cost me £350, maybe around £275? I'm in Ireland so I'd have to check out shipping, maybe split the cost? I'm only throwing it out there without too much thought before the board goes back in the bag for the summer, at which point it becomes a permanent fixture.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Fortunately, the Jones series of hovercraft adopted the now ubiquitous 'Eel-Autopurge' system, so they never get to that dreaded 'full' state - a nightmare in the early days.

Intrigued by this, just how big is this hovercraft? Could I drive it down the Thames, or is it a remote control thing which would be happy in my garden?

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.
