Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

@Toeni, try posting your requirements on Chalets Direct Solution Room - if you're happy to book your own flights, you should have no problem finding something catered and +/- transfers (some include them or at least advise where to book - if not ask US again Very Happy ) www.chaletsdirect.com

@Toeni, Ski Solutions used to do this type of break. I've found in the past that Davos hotels are happy to book long weekends like this. I'd recommend Sunstar group hotels.

We have done this previously by booking easyjet flights (munich is a good bet) and getting accommodation through the village tourist office websites for Austria, try Kitzbuheler-alpen (may be dodgy spelling!) which covers the kitzbuhel, skiwelt and local areas. There are equivalents for other areas. The tourist offices have lots of local B&Bs and Pensions which don't appear on holiday companies or booking.com etc. Many of these do bookings by the night.

Have a look at http://www.snowbeds.com - they organise short breaks with or without the flights.

In France the Portes du Soleil or the Grand Massif would be a good bet as it's a short transfer from Geneva airport.

There is also a website called http://www.skiweekends.com specialising in short breaks.

@Toeni, the French school holidays don't finish till 7 March so that weekend might be particularly difficult. Is there any flexibility in your dates?
