Hi there! I m from the french alps but stuck in the scottish highlands for a year! i've just arrived and was eagger to meet some riders of scotland summits... i live in dundee, and i have a car so it would be great to meet some people to talk snowboard with a nice beer or better, to go for a puffy session some time!
let me know if you are interested, or if you have any advice on anything dealing with scotland and snowboard!

Welcome to ye Millie,
Im new to this site too and live in edinburgh. I have been keeping track of the northern snow and how its looking over the last few weeks. I will be heading up north as soon as possible but due to work and the festive period this will be in the start of 06 (conditions permitting). I will post a yell when im heading and if you fancy a compadre and a few beers then all sounds good.

mille 73,
Lots of people - I see loads of boarders when I'm out skiing . You need to try this website www.winterhighland.com which is more Scottish orientated. Snow is good at the moment - best early season snow for a few years at the moment. Was nice on Sunday at Cairngorm except for the overhead conditions. Yesterday was supposed to be even better - check out Tims photos linked to from here
http://www.winterhighland.info/forums/read.php?2,56786,page=2. Today is looking pretty good aswell. Unfortunately Friday they are closed for staff training and the weather is going to be very mild on Saturday, but hopefully dry.
