Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Apres Social Lesson at Hemel

Has anyone tried them? It sounds like a mixed ability group lesson - I don't really see how that would work!

Quote:
2 Hour Adult Apres Social Lessons
There is no difference in the tuition that you receive during these Ski or Snowboard Lessons. The Apres Social Lessons are 2 hours, available midweek or weekend, daytime or evening, include complimentary refreshments in The Lodge afterwards and all the levels run at the same time making it a perfect time to come along with friends even if you are different levels.

I got a good deal through Groupon so I'm not worried about it really, I'm just not sure what to expect.

I've not taken part in them as a client, but have been there at the same time and may even have shadowed a couple a few months ago. They have a different instructor for each level I think, unless I've got confused with something else.

Each level has an instructor allocated. When are you thinking of attending pinball13?

pinball13, It's as scooby simon says each level has it's own instructor. Numbers in the group vary, my Wednesday evening group numbered a very anti-social two, so was effectively a private lesson. Don't forget to hang onto your ticket as you can exchange it for a drink in the bar.

The lesson was great, there were only 4 of us and we were all about the same level. The instructor was determined we would all take something away from the lesson. I've previously had a quick session here or at MK before holidays and I don't feel they helped, but having a lesson makes a real difference. I feel ready to hit the slopes on Sunday now, as long as it's not snowing too much!
