Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Just back from a 10 dayer in St Anton...I usually go back every year for St Patricks Day but I'm concerned about the conditions.

Any other suggestions are welcome (flying from Dublin)

Even later in the year.

peanuthead, Pistes were fine middle to top, but getting quite sugary towards the bottom, it could do with decent dump down and a plummet in temperatures....you off soon????

What is off piste in st Anton like?

If you are worried about St Anton in 2nd half March then you won't go wrong in Tignes

2waterford, We've used it for Kitzbuhel & Ellmau etc but they're a bit low, I'm looking for height.

peanuthead, We had bit of dumping midweek, not enough to fill in the tracks but enough to give you some fluffy stuff to play in.

DB, What way do you get in and out of there??

dazman, straight down the A10 Tauernautobahn is the usual route and turn off about halfway between Spittal an der Drau and Villach if I remember correctly. Right up on the Italian border, so it has copped all the snow storms that the Dolomites have had as well.

If you are stuck with Salzburg flights then pick one of these resorts from the top of the list out.
