Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I've been directed here from some friends on Facebook who suggested we might be lucky with skiers heading to France.

i am a 1st year student at Loughborough uni, we do lots of charity events and i am doing on called ' Escape and Evade', the aim is to get as far from the uni and back in a weekend, 12 am Friday till 6 mp Sunday. we are not allowed to spend any money so have to hitch hike and beg for tickets,lifts or any other way of getting there.

This is all done on aid of Oxfam, we really need help getting from Loughborough to London and then once we are across the channel. if anyone would be willing to buy us a ticket or help in any way it would so very much appreciated.

i also have a just giving page so if you are unable to help but feeling charitable even a few pounds will help.

The dates are Friday 14th and 15th of March and then need to be heading back midday on Saturday the 15th or early Sunday the 16th. If anyone could help either way so heading out or heading back.
