Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Just back from La Rosiere, it was snowing virtually non-stopd from Fri evening until I left yesterday pm. I arrived on Thurs pm and had to dig a pth to our chalet door, always a good sign. Apprently it had been very cold last week, -10+ and quite windy so a lot of snow at altitude had been blown around. Temps have been around -2 to +2 so ideal for snow and the wind dropped, there was snow as far down as Villard-Dessus 1100m and it looked as if there was snow down as far as Villaroger on the Les Arcs side, the Agiulle Rouge looked to be completely covered but it did appear that there was more snow on our side of the valley. My neighbours kids were out skiing on Sun. they must have hiked up and there was more than snow to ski rirht back through the village. I got fed-up with digging out our mini-bus and every time the plough went through all my pathh clearing went for a burton. I couldn't get a delivery of logs as our supplier, who lives on a farm below La Rosiere, couldn't get his pick-up onto the road, which was snowIbound, could be a problem as he's a piste bully driver. It certainly looks good for the early season and the resort seems certain to open on the 10th.
