Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Restaurant recommendations for Arabba in the evening

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi,

I'm back in Arabba for a week late Feb for our yearly visit and for the first time since 2008 we are not going half board at the Sporthotel so any evening dining tips would be welcome. I know Miky's Grill is pretty good and also the Al Forte (they used to do a free pickup in Arabba)

Let me know. Good pizza recommendations especially welcome.

Thanks

I like the Albergo Pordoi (outside guests can use the restaurant) - just behind Peters bar in the main square (arabba)..

albob, Mollerski, thanks. I'll keep them in mind but the Val Gardena ones will be lunch stops as it's a bit far for an evening stroll in Arabba Laughing

Great reasonably-priced (€6-€9) Pizza & Calzone at Ristorante Al Tablè, on the roundabout opposite where the Campolongo Pass road meets the main road through the village, so just down from the lifts, church & main 'square'. They have a proper wood-fired oven. They also have a full range of pasta, meat mains, local specialities, salads, etc. Large traditional carved pine-clad dining room downstairs for evening meals and friendly service from owners and waiting staff.

I've eaten there a couple of times on chalet night off. Some real Calzone connoisseurs were impressed.

Forgot to ask. Can some one give me some examples of evening meal prices for Albergo Pordoi/Al Table and also for the more expensive (I think) Sporthotel/Mikys/Al Forte/Malita?
Just wondering how much to budget for, considering I've always been HB for the last 5 years, so never really took much notice. Ballpark prices for starters, mains and desserts welcome based on anyone dining here this season.

None of the websites seem to have either menus or menus with prices :~

Edit: Luigi did indicate prices for pizza at the Al Table. Thanks
