Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Any suggestions for free reliable wi fi in Courchevel 1850 please? Also bars where a large beer doesn't cost the earth. Any reasonably priced bars with free wi fi?? Mr. Green

Not many bars in 1850 but Ku-De-Ta is okay and has free wifi. Can't remember if it was reasonably priced, probably not! I try not to think of how much it is, just enjoy it.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Thanks, Doss, I'll try that one. I think Rocky's up in 1650 has free wifi too.

Some of the bars have happy hours. When I was last there both the bar overlooking the slope to 1500 (part of the shopping centre) and the Olympic bar (opposite the Spar) had 2-4-1 offers before 6.30 or something.

Happy Hour? 1850? Not a chance!
Best bet is to go down to 1650 or La Tania and get a bus back.
We ended up in the Coq de Bruyeres, but it's an Inghams/SkiTotal/SkiEsprit hotel, so you need to be with one of them.
Be careful on the mountain, someone in one of the chalets ended up paying 18 euros for a beer!
