Been told a nice stop off is Nuits St Georges on the E17/21 south of Dijon, but can only see the Carrefour and Colruyt. Can anyone tell me if you have any issues using CC on these automated supermarket petrol stations? Will be there during the day but think these are fully automated.

Simon94, the automated unstaffed setup is pretty standard in France, no reason to suspect there will be any issue. The pump won't dispense until after the CC has authorized, so no danger of 'accidentally' running off without paying due to a misunderstanding. Plus, loads of them have a language menu where you can choose English.

Simon94,the station carburant at Carrefour at NSG is fully automated, we use it all the time and it accepts UK cards. Very easy to get to.
