Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi all,
I am looking to go somewhere with snow for a week from 8/9 February. I have nowhere booked at the moment but it is always easier with two (or more). I am 57 yo male, but keep myself fit and a good skier (just not as good as I think I am). Happy to ski in company or as billy-no-mates. If you are interested please let me know (which I guess is the point of this post).

hi chris look at the posting on here for 9 to 16 feb la plagne les coches under gigi I have just booked great catered chalet .. couple of solo skies going .. and a 53 yr old male solo also looking into it ski in and ski out free bar and no single room charge .. anyway read the posts see if its anything you would be interested in .. great ski area have done it a few years ago ..

Hi Chris, another Chris here, where are you thinking of and where are you flying from. I am still considering the La Plagne deal mentioned above, flights from Manchester are £95 return with a hold bag. Let me know if you are considering it, I am your age and also suffer from thinking I am better than I am.
