Caught this on Ski Sunday yesterday for the first time.
You instructors are out of a job - Grazzer's sorted everyone to ski like the racers with his 3 tips in 2 minutes (camp teapots, bend ze kneez and bracqage) - simples
Actually pretty clear and concise though he lost it a bit on the bracqage.

DB, Is that the bit from the Ski Sunday presentation, if so my observation is that it seems very focussed on carving.

What exactly does that mean? How high is high?
I'm 1m38 in and all I have been told is to drink "less" if I'm "high" and to stretch a little.

I haven't got a clue, for some reason I can't get Ski Sunday on the box here in Austria (which could be a blessing in disguise).

Hamstrings look a tad tight alright.
If you were to do all the stretches, the abstaining, and the back for a sauna everyday, the ski trip wouldn't be as much fun. I stretch, and ski from morning till last lift, après ski, shower , change eat, few beers, and same the next day. It's great fun.
