Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Anyone used them before??

I've been after a Patagonia Untracked jacket for a while and they seem much cheaper than Snow and Rock etc. Anyone had experience with these guys?

What! They are one of the best real outdoor shops in the UK. They stock all sorts of gear and have used them many times.

As a joke, our local climbing wall calls its tiny shop 'Inside' Wink

+1 ordered quite a lot of gear from them online and been to the Hathersage shop quite a few times. Had to return an item once, too small, no issues or concerns with that at all.
Always excellent service, highly recommend.

Yep a great chain with real shops, more real mountain use kit and less fashion stuff than the like of EB and SnR. Handy thing about living in the Peak District is shops like them!

Yep, no issues here. The Hathersage shop also has a handy cafe, so you can warm up with a nice brew whilst contemplating whether you need a new rope as well...

Ordered from them on numerous occasions, always a first class service with good prices. especially on the sale.
I think they are one of the UK's largest Patagonia stockists.

I have always found them very helpful and knowledgeable when i have phoned for advice.
