Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

North Face 'White' Baker Jacket colour run when washed problem

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi

I bought a female white North Face Baker Ski Jacket at the end of 2011. After minimal use I washed it a couple of weeks ago ready for this season and the mustard colour in the lining has run into the white jacket, giving my once beautiful white jacket the tinge of 'yellow snow' all over.

Obviously I was bonkers buying a white coat but did follow the washing instructions, it's now been sent off to North Face for examination and in the meantime I've had to buy another one (as I have the matching bottoms) in the hope they will find it's faulty and refund the new purchase.

Anybody else had this problem with the 'white' or any colour North Face Ski Jacket?

Thanks

M'Baby

maltababy, I had a pair of boots that started coming apart at the seam before Id even got to resort on their first outing. The also were sent away for "testing". I didnt make a fuss as I wouldnt be needing them again that season - I was then sent a new pair. Hope you dont end up stuck with 2 jackets!!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I had a Terry's chocolate orange only this Christmas that was already completely de-segmented before I tapped it.

You are, if you look under your username on the left, "down a crevasse" - so your Snowhead account needs updating with an up to date email address, I think

maltababy, so when you say you have matching bottoms, does that mean they are white too? You'd disappear in a whiteout!!! Wink
