When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Bode Miller's former girlfriend Sara McKenna has been accused - by a New York judge - of departing California to avoid custody issues. She claims that Miller had demanded she abort the baby.

This, of course, is not a comedy item and essentially has nothing to do with skiing, but may be of interest ...

Look for Morgan Beck Miller's rant against the mother of the child in question. She wrote it in a blind rage apparently on her personal blog and it was taken down pretty quickly. I believe it is still available so just google it! I feel sorry for the child having seen it being carried around as a TV "accessory" at several races. If nothing else he is going to be a very confused little boy with the two Christian names being used! If it's Monday I must be Sam, if it's a World Cup race day I must be Nate!!!!! Shocked
