Booked to La Tania with some mates at the beginning of Feb. We're half board in the evening but will need some sustenance at lunchtime (and perhaps a cheeky pint). Does anyone have any recommendations for somewhere decent but not too pricey in either La Tania or above Courchavel?
Cheers, Pete

Bouc Blanc at the top of the Tania gondola is excellent and reasonably priced.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

not the cheapest but very nice as you say on a sunny day
if the vis is rubbish then pub le ski lodge in la tania itself does some decent grub - opposite the bottom of the troika drag with the red awnings. Had the special thai red curry a couple of weeks ago and it was great
in Les M - Top of Roc de 3 marches 1, chalet des neiges
In VT - Facewest Cafe in the centre near the ESF does great pizzas.

If you are going as far as VT then you must try the chalet des 2 lac on the left at the top of the 2lac chair.
+1 for the bouc Blanc. Also great for a cheeky beer to allow folliere to clear before a final blast on an empty piste

Thanks everyone. Will definitely try Bouc Blanc.
Anything further over to the left (as you look at the piste map), Courchevel - Bell Air / Bosses perhaps?

I remember bel air above 1650 as being very nice... But I wasn't paying!
It's not nearly as expensive as the piste side places in 1850, but make sure you check prices before sitting down anywhere in courchevel.

Bel air is great but can be pricey. The snack bar below below air is cheaper.

Bel Air is pretty pricey - €24 for a spag bol... Better to ski down to 1650 for a more reasonable option if you are on that side. If you get a 3V pass then Mottaret is usually the cheapest for food.

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

We're there for three days so might spend a day above La Tania, a day over at Courchevel and a day at Meribel.
Would Mottaret be a convenient place to stop for lunch when touring the Meribel side from La Tania (1 good skier and 2 average intermediates)?

You know it makes sense.

About 100m away from Bell Air there is a little farm shop... going bread and cheese. Guests last year loved it. Haven't got over there this yet to check on it.

In 1650 (sorry Moriond) it's self walk down to the restaurants on the road. Lots of reasonably places to have a good bite there. Boulotte is one of my fav's.
