People always use these boards to moan about suppliers; so I thought I'd say that I ordered something from http://www.sailandski.co.uk/ yesterday afternoon and it's been delivered already today - Christmas Eve.
No delays due to Christmas rush, and I didn't pay for expedited shipping either.

I've always had good service. Especially returning goods bought online (take back to shop and get immediate refund).

I had to return a pair of boots I had bought from them for a warranty issue and they were very helpful.

I bought my Scott Missions cheap in a Ski and Sail sale a few years ago. Good service mounting bindings etc.
