Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Free WiFi on Kitz pistes

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Have found this whilst continually scanning the websites and forums out of sheer excitement for upcoming trip:

Simple, safe and fast
For the user, the WLAN offering is not only free but remarkably simple. For authentication, the login details for the WLAN hotspot are supplied via SMS or e-mail. Once registered on KitzSki's network, guests remain logged in throughout the entire day's skiing in the wider ski region (extending across two Austrian provinces from Tyrol to Salzburg and seven neighbouring municipalities) and so they can now easily check their messages, take a quick look at an interesting website or make internet phone calls with services such as Skype.

That sounds great but it doesn't say where you have to register to receive the SMS or e-mail.

Anybody out there can help...?

Thanks

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

usually, connect to the wifi, and the phone will either redirect to a login/registration page, or will do that when you first surf to any other page. type in phone no., submit, and wait 10sec for the code to arrive.

You need to Login to know who's really who.
You need to Login to know who's really who.
The German description gives more details:

Activate WLAN/WiFi on smartphone
Select the network Free-Key-Kitzbühel
Either automatically or on accessing a web site, a page for "PIN Anforderung" (PIN Input Request) will be displayed
Select PIN delivery by e-mail or SMS
Tick to accept the conditions of business (AGB) and request the PIN
You now have 10 minutes free access (temporarily). In that time you should receive the PIN and a LoginLink
Use this link to input the PIN
After the PIN has been checked, you will have Internet access

The German description goes on to explain that the WiFi is available on the main access lifts from the valley, at lift stations and in some of the mountain restaurants.
