Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

It took me 2 hours driving from Ballymoney to Belfast yesterday morning (50 miles) and 1.5 hours from Cookstown - Ballymoney yesterday evening (38 miles). That was a really scarey drive. Down to 20mph in places.

Currrently in Ballymena. Visability is less than 100m.

Pretty much the same in Coalisland - lights flickering etc
Nice icing sugar dusting this morning, but the rain has washed it all away now
Winds gusty and bloody cold

Was a bit deeper in Omagh this morning (I live in Omagh and work in the island), but I'm sure it will have been washed away by now too.
Keeping myself going by checking on the Madesimo website every now and again to remind myself where I will be in Feb - lovely white-out going on there at the moment

Missed this thread with the other major storm in Tyrone! Toofy Grin

johnboy, We must have passed like cars in the fog on Tuesday! I did a scenic tour Ballygawley - Dungannon - Cookstown on Tuesday afternoon. DENSE fog and some DENSE drivers! (Saving headlight use no doubt)

Snow still in The Sperrins at 09:00 this morning.

Gortin Glen snow cannons now stopped Toofy Grin

I am keeping a beady eye on conditions in Tignes as I have a sneaky week in Bourg St. Maurice on December 6th. Very Happy snowHead

But to battle tomorrow! We are expecting 20,000 + demonstrators tomorrow in Omagh, for our Protest. Any ex-Patricks are cordially invited to watch us live on the world-wide-web, www.itsmyhospital.com. Showtime is 12:50. At 12:55 ALL the bells of ALL of the churches will peal for 5 minutes to signify our complete unity and determination to retain Accident & Emergency Services in Tyrone.

Latest: www.itsmyhospital.com

Wish us luck! snowHead

Doff your hats to the people of Tyrone! RESPECT!

Health Minister, Shaun Woodward’s proposals to completely remove Accident & Emergency services from the largest County in Northern Ireland (Yes - you have heard right NO A&E anywhere, in the largest County in Northern Ireland) have united the people of Tyrone unlike any other issue. There is unprecedented cross-community opposition to his proposals. Every single elected representative, every church and every community group, regardless of politics, religion, race, creed or colour stand united against the proposals to remove Accident & Emergency and other life saving services from Tyrone County Hospital.

All snowHead 's can help us.....visit www.itsmyhospital.com and sign our petition.
