Hi guys,
I've been living in Bansko on and off for the last 6 years. The company that runs the mountain is owned by a bank, which has over the years caused a few issues with customer service..... 
This week, they have made the most ridiculous announcement - that they will not be offering a season pass! They have waited till all the seasonaires have arrived, organised work and accommodation and will now be forced to limit the number of days that they ski or pay considerably over the odds compared to other European resorts.
All the locals, small business owners, ex pats and seasonaires are aghast at the decision and feel like Ulen (the company that run the mountain) are making this decision based purely on greed.
We have just set up an online petition and we are trying to get some media attention to hopefully embarrass Ulen into reversing this decision. At the end of the day, who has heard of a ski resort without season passes?
If any Snowheads could sign the petition or help us to get the story out, there would be a lot of very, very grateful skiers and snowboarders in Bansko!
