Poster: A snowHead
|
Just had an e-mail from a TO ski host on his way out to Austria for the season. He's just been told Austria have banned hosting this year as well
Anyone else heard anything about this?
*edit* It did just occur to me they may be winding him up. Let's not panic just yet.

Was already banned in the Arlberg, wasn't it? Like setting up competitive ski hire companies.

I believe Arlberg policy was a singular orientation day in St Anton, normally the first of the holiday week, then you have to flog overpriced bus trips to lech and sonnenkopf using dodgy public transport advice (viewed by 2 separate TO's)

Was banned in St Anton, Lech lift companies still allowed it, however from what I understand it is allowed this season. Whether anything has changed in the past few days, I didn't know.
