I'm sure somebody else will have done the legwork. What are the best ski apps out there for this season?
Thanks!
Edited to add 'iphone' to the title.

I like Ski Blackbox. The integration with Open PisteMap is very nice.
Edited to point out that this is for Windows Phone, not iPhone.

I used strava skiing and accidentally logged a king of the mountain time as the ski chair followed fairly closely to the road.
Left it a couple of days before deleting it.

Is Strava actually good for skiing? I use it on the bike as knowing how fast I'm climbing vs my mates is fun (as is irespeonsibly sprinting downhills!) but I can't see the same competitive element in skiing down pistes since staightlining pistes is just about bravery/stupidity rather than skill or fitness. Does it also give good info like splitting down into runs and lifts etc like Ski Tracks does?

Maprika is pretty good, used in conjunction with Open PisteMap.

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

I just use endomondo for tracking. Mainly so I can remember where I went. And now that Google Maps have lifts and pistes marked too, it's a little bit more useful. Needs paid for app and sub I think for any real useful stats though.

Just had a look on the apple App Store and this has no reviews.
It claims to measure airtime and jumps though. Any idea how?

I'd imagine it uses the phones accelerometer to detect when you're in freefall.
Very doubtful about how accurate it would be and even if it does measure airtime accurately is that really an interesting stat?

I use alpine replay. Airtime probably isn't very accurate, because AR tells me I've clocked air time last season on 12 days and probably 3 of them are days I've actually jumped at all (once by accident and then a few times when doing a telemark race course).

Not to me it isn't as I tend not to leave the ground deliberately
Just wondered how (or if) it worked, that's all.

Skitracks here too. I was annoyed that Endomundo isn't set up to ignore the time you spend going uphill, so speed etc figures are messed up by time spent on lifts.

Yep - Ski tracks seems to be currentlty about as good as its gets in Skiing tracking apps.
I hope they are still developing it though as it could be better still with some improvements such as Open Piste Map integration to get the names of the pistes and the lifts etc.
