That's my understanding but if its any comfort every year I've flown with easy jet skiing 5/6 times I've had 2 sets of skis in my bag. My two sets weigh about 13-14 kilos 177cm magnums and atomic crimson

I've always put two pairs of skis in one bag. Never been a problem, but I've never told them either

Yes is the answer as others have said. You can even use a seperate bag for your boots provided total weight does not exceed 20kg
