Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Just a lower din version of the Adrenalin which has a huge footprint length wise which is a problem on either shorter length skis or carbon skis as the rearmost fixing screws are located in a thinner section of the ski. In fact they only supply 7mm screws for the rearmost fixings because of that. Also because of the T style fixings you can't use binding inserts. I'd choose one of the Marker models everytime.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I've used dukes for the last four or five years and they are great but I've changed to the adrenalin recently. I reckon they ski a bit better as they don't give you the dead spot as they 'float'. Not sure what the technical term is. Difference is marginal though. I like that you can get back into downhill in the bindings and there is not much load going through the back screws anyway. But I got a really good deal and would probably go for whichever is cheaper. Both are Fricking heavy though.

I can see weight being an issue for two reasons
Inconvenience of carrying them on your pack when bootpacking
Eating into your free baggage allowance
Anything I missed?
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.
