Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Looking for seasonaires to share accomodation in Val D'Isere winter 13/14

Looking for people 21-28ish to share accomodation in Val D'Isere.

I'm a 25 year old guy, hoping to find some easy going flatmates for the coming season.

Looking for people who don't take themselves too seriously, but can be respectful of everyone else in the flat, and keep the peace with the neighbours! Also would be nice to share with fairly keen skiiers/boarders - I like a drink or three, but last season I managed to share with people much more interested in drinking than ever going out riding!

I have already got my eye on a few options in Val, so would be great to hear from anyone in the same boat.

Vik, why bother trying to find people to share with you?

We already do all the hard work and take the risk and just sell individual beds for the season in shared apartments in Val d'Isere.

Please drop me an email (Marcellus@livetheseason.com) and I can tell you more about our offering.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Mainly because it limits choice quite a bit, but I will email you to discuss - cheers!

Looking to work for a season, so if you know anything local, I might just need that bed wink

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Hi Vik

I'm thinking about coming out to Val from Jan - Mar this season to do my level 1 and 2 snowboard instructor course, and the only thing holding me back right now is the possible cost of accommodation, so I'd be keen to hear about anything you've turned up. I'm in my 30s, really easy going. I'm working as a kiteboard instructor in Spain at the moment and did 6 months in Whistler last season living with a bunch of young Australians and we all got on really well. I think we managed to balance time on the mountain and time in the bars pretty well.. well most of us!

If you want to swing me a pm (I just signed up to this forum, but assume you can do it here) to chat about it further, feel free.

Cheers

Dom
