Having just watched the excellent Bon Appetit folk on their 2 metre 40 cm wooden skis I thought I'd start the ski length equivalent of 'The Injury Tally':
I'm 5ft 7inches, 140 lbs.
In 1990 I started skiing on:
185 dynastars
then the progression in piste skis:
185
190
195
200
210
185
160
150
145 (for skiing with the kids when they were tiny, getting them on carpets and having them between my legs on buttons)
150
155
150
154

I'm 187cms 82kgs
Started on 170 V-pros in 2005, then started to develop a quiver, it's grown progressively larger off piste and more diverse on, now I ski 195s or 193s off piste and 165s, 175s or 190s on piste, 185s for park.

I'm so looking forward to the "a personal history of ski widths" thread.
I draw the line at 168 ish these days. Sadly moguls just haven't been the same since lengths dropped below 195. However, my "every dog has its day theory" dictates that the 210 GS ski will one day make a comeback - just like flares, facial hair and platform shoes. Can but only hope.

I've only ever owned 3 pairs of skis, 190cm Fischer-something-or-other in the early 90s (skinny 80s skis), then 174cm Atomic SX9 for a couple of seasons 2006 and 2008, then my current Rossignol Attraxion VI 162cm. My skis have gotten smaller and I have gotten considerably bigger. Height 174, weight about 2 stone too much...

5 foot 9, around 75kg.
When I hired skis in my teens I always used 159 slalomy skis, can't remember what though. Since then, that I've owned:
165 Dynastar Legend 8000
165 Dynastar Sultan 85
176 Dynastar Big Trouble
Currently in my quiver:
170 Atomic SX-something
176 Big Troubles (quiver killered, for rock skis)
185 Nordica Soul Riders
188 DOWN CD 7
190 Moment Bibby Pro

Started in 1962 on 2.10m and stayed about that length till the middle of the 70s when I suddenly discovered something about 1.75m after my own Authier's had de-laminated and I had to hire a pair of skis at short notice.
From 1980 till about 2000 I skied on 1.90-1.95m and since then 1.70m and currently 1.75m.
Except that I have just bought some 99cm blades but haven't tried them yet
I am about 1.78m and nowadays around 85kg.

I listed mine then deleted them as I was embarassed at how long the list was.

Very tough to answer as my sl skis are 165 and my non-piste skis are 179.
In general through shortest was probably 155 as a child and 185 the longest (both straight skis).

It's pretty hard to remember them all; but it started at 200, went down in stages to 165 and has now crept up to 191 again.
Widths is easy; they've just steadily got wider.

1979 Fischer Futura 170 compacts
1980 Rosi Rocals 175
1980 Rosi Wings 190
1981 Pre 1200 200cm with Look 99RS added later (still in the garage got to get them serviced and go play on them again)
1983 and 1984 also played around on some downhill skis Atomic 240 I think
1984 to 1987 about 5 or 6 pairs of 150cm freestyle skis, broke most of them so all 2nd hand
2003 Atomic Beta Race 9,16
2005 K2 Crossfire 180 (guy in the shop tried to get me on 170!!!!!)
2009 Movement Source 185
Since then lots of test skis over 180 all getting wider and wider
2013 Really fancy a pair of Lefer's in 170 after testing them back in March, looks like its back to 1979 for me, well for piste stuff only.

Mine have oscillated:
165-ish flappy n00b skis
195 elans (ski boutique in Lech said I was not experienced enough for posh style carvers!)
165 Rossi and Elan carvers (the guys in Lech were stuck in 1953)
177 and 183-ish Atomic GS and K2
170-ish SL if I'm allowed to count a day on Ronald's Stöcklis (because something along those lines will be my next ski purchase - not sure which length they were actually)

dulcamara, ...and all others....well, I wonder whether all of us that remember all the ski models, lengths (and probably have clear mental pictures of the graphics of each pair) which we have had over the last two decades also manage to remember things such as birthdays, anniversaries and what we've been reminded to buy in the supermarket....obsessed by skiing? Never....
in the post I first put up in this thread I can remember with intense clarity both the shop, the owner and the first pair of skis I bought. X-Scream 163 800s in a grey mottled graphic - '....surely these are too short...' 'no...trust me' and he was right. Alpe D'Huez 1998.

The early 1990s - various hire garbage - 185cm (I was 13) - now 6ft and about 13 stone. So:
2004 - atomic C9s -170cm (gave to my brother)
2006 - Fischer RX8 - 165cm
2007 - Scott Mission -178 and PM Gear Bro Model 179 w/NX21s (really bad move that - the Naxos are probably the worst piece of sports equipment I've ever owned)
2009 - PM Gear Lhasa Pow 186/Dukes (Awesome - took ages to learn to ski properly and then delaminated but really, really fun once I got them working)
2010 - PM Gear Lhasa Pow 186 (Awesome - new pair on warranty. Didn't delaminate, still in use)
2012 - Armada JJ 185 (Awesome - really nimble)
2013 - PM Gear 179s (Again - other pair now knackered)
So the usual story of longer then shorter then longer and wider as my tastes have changed and my skiing has improved. The only real own goal in there has been the Naxos - although that was a major own goal.
