Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Val d'Iserse 8th-15 Dec looking for room share

I'm planning on being in Val d'Isere from 8th-15th Dec, I'll be doing a L3 tech prep course Mon-Fri.

Having trouble finding any decently priced single rooms, so if anyone finds themselves in the same boat I'm happy to room share to keep costs reasonable.

Ski Total have a good priced option in a catered chalet hotel, flights&transfers included for about £400 (but no single option).

I was there for the week before this, last December (jaw-dropping first-week snow!) filming some bits for the website, and met loads of people who do the first week every single year...
... so we had the idea of setting up a page called something like eg The "First Week" Ski Club, because all these people had come to know each other over the years.

I'm going to set this up for people like you and me who are more than happy to share - will keep SnowHeads posted.
In the meantime, I can get you in a catered chalet hotel in middle of town for under 480 that week, if you prefer to get it booked up.
