Less than 24hrs left before the draw at 12 Noon tomorrow.
Lets have a mad final rush of ticket sales to help out the guys.
Dougie starting in the Lake Louise Downhill today. TJ doing the Super G tomorrow.
Just over 400 sold so chances still very good for a tenner!

Plugboy, how come the draw is at noon on a Sunday? Wouldnt it be better on an evening at a bit of an event, in a club, where cheap wine and beer was flowing - potential to sell lots more tickets!? I feel its such a shame that only 400 tickets are sold...despite the amazing prizes. Do you think folks dont like parting with a tenner? Wonder if you need to start marketing this to ski clubs around the Country if you do the same next year. Im sure youd sell quite a few tickets even at my local, Stoke!

Shimmy Alcott, It is straight after the Race training of the Norfolk Ski Club team where TJ leart to ski and raced for. At the start of December so winner can arrange when they go to Canada & Zell Am See.
I did ask for every region to put on their web sites and some clubs but only a few did.
Some people think a Tenner is a lot for a ticket, others have bought 10!
It's still not too late to buy before the draw though. Please dig deep!

Plugboy, I know how hard it is fundraising - it just seems a shame that such great prizes cant generate a bit more income.

The draw took place today. I will put up a list of the winners when they have been contacted. But despite quite a few tickets being bought by Snowheads not 1 winner is amongst them!

I tend to think of buying raffle tickets as giving a donation. That means I'm not disappointed if I don't win and it's a lovely surprise if I do!
