Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

We would like to plan another one for 2014 but this time in arc 1800
Any recommendations for a self catered hotel/apartments to accommodate 10-12 skiers?
We are looking for a big apartment with 5 separate bedrooms and a big dining room Ski in/out +swimming pool is a must

Thanks in advance

Contact some of the local estate agents! You will probably have to rent a couple! Self catering would tend to rule out a chalet, or hotel! Should not be too much trouble to find!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

It does seem remarkably hard to find large apartments in the higher ski resorts. Did builders/planners not expect extended families or a couple of families to want to go skiing together? I have been looking for 5/6 bedroom apartments for the last couple of years with an in house pool and they seem to be few and far between!

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

CaravanSkier, any luck with the place in 1800?

marmotte16, I have not! I may have found somewhere suitable in Arc 2000 though! Its not where I wanted to be but the views look good from that particular apartment, its big enough, and I`ve been given photos and floor plan of the actual apartment. As I said above large apartments with a pool seem to be in short supply!

CaravanSkier, hope that one works out then Very Happy . I suppose very large apartments are less flexible from the TO side of things, especially in quieter times of the season.

Well according to owners, TO appear to book up the large apartments in the main resorts very early and sell them on as catered chalets! So that if you can source a large apartment, (the first one I wanted is already booked and the sale does not officially start till Tuesday!) you need to act quickly!
