123_456, I love this one of the pub and house tops.
So clearly its been dumping down on VT (and the rest of the alps) for the past few days which has got to be good for resorts everywhere, but in the average conditions for this time of year in VT how will this sort of snow fall hold up over the next 4-5 weeks? How good could the snow be whilst we are all there?

Snowdepths in Val Thorens are currently about 30% above the longterm average.
You should see some sweet conditions in late-Apr.
After an appalling Feb, it has been one of the best Marchs for years.

Yup, your pics are totally amazing 123_456. I almost feel I could reach into the pic and touch the snow, they seem so real if that makes sense, like I'm seeing that view with my own eyes.

Most of the pictures were taken with Panasonic DMC-TZ3 and some with Canon 10D.
Remember it not the camera that important, but the combination of photograher, timing, composition, camera and some PhotoShopping.

I don't know why but I hadn't looked at this before. But I'm pleased I now have. The photos 123_456, has posted are really superb. Looked at the flickr site too, could spend hours on there.
