What's happened on snowHeads this week? Snow in scotland and the south west and a fire at High Wycombe dry slope...lots of people all over the place, the wine club launched, I see, at 8am!

I am embarking upon what I am assured is a great English tradition this evening, going for a curry and a few beers, as all the experts will no doubt be in the bar which beer, and for that matter which curry, would you recommend to a novice?
