Up on the pistes around Mannlichen and KS yesterday before the snow arrived: those piste guys are geniuses - the slope conditions were fantastic....and it has deteriorated throughout the day today with some white stuff falling all the time

Decent snow falling currently in Wengen. Which is good because I'd say the pistes are a mess after seeing what the Italians had managed in the sella ronda with similar problems

Weather forecast indicates further snow showers today with possibly more on Thursday and again on Saturday this week however Saturdays snow may fall as rain at lower levels, possibly a further 25 to 30 cms of snowfall over the next week or so, looks like Chris may have arrived at just the right time

Im thinking of grabbing a late deal this weekend and Grindlewald and Murren are coming up as good options. I have not been to this area before and was wondering if you think the conditions will be good next week.
Also, what are the costs to eat out / beer etc.

Interlaken, Swisscom shop by the post office. You need your passport and evidence of your address, e.g. a hotel booking confirmation. If you want to use data get a Natel Easy Liberty Uno tariff - you get unlimited data for CHF5 per day.
