Got into small gondola in Courcheval in December along with pretty young French girl. I gallantly let her exit first and as my eyes followed her I quite forgot to take my poles when I got out!! I only discovered about 100 yards away when something seemed missing, and had to go back and wait for them to come around again.

The one things I always check, double check and then still put another pack in a separate bag just in case! Anything else I can buy if I really have to put lens are essential

nbt has left his ski jacket hanging on the stair banister before now. Taxi had to turn around on our way to the airport.
Our friend left his blackberry at our house. We'd all checked in at Manchester airport and nbt and he then took a taxi back ot our house (10 miles away) to search, it turned out to be in his car. I was having kittens at the thought that with heavy traffic they wouldn't make it back in time to catch our flight.
I of course am perfect and never left anything

The forms and confirmation docs for the car hire for a 3 week Canadian ski trip, I had the email on the notebook I took with me. They took pity and my sis posted the documents to Canada and I handed them over when we took the car back.
Once took 4 packs of contacts for the right eye but no left eye lenses as the script was not much different I managed.
