Only found out about this thread yesterday (at an Inside Out Skiing session) when I was spotted based this video.
So, yes, I am Tim (rimmus) - long time Snowheads lurker. I've never really had anything that I felt knowledgeable enough to give a view on previously.
Thanks to all for the kind comments. Rob & Scott have been so encouraging over the past few years. It is probably true to say that anything good you see in the video is probably down to their input.
Neither franzClammer nor skimottaret were involved in my smash. It wasn't much fun at the time, and has left me (more) cautious about narrow, busy sections or when skiing slowly.
Still so much room for improvement, but the great thing is that improvement is possible.

rimmus,
Welcome to Snowheads!
Yes, your instructors have done a great job - but don't undersell yourself. Your dedication to learning is inspirational - well done.
I've had a couple of peeps crash in to me (though nowhere near as bad as yours) and it does make you more cautious about other slope users. I think that is quite natural and maybe a good thing(?).
