stanton, we arrive Lech 16 Dec and I was wondering do the lift company say what has been groomed the night before - and if so is it on the 'net or - like Courchevel - on printed sheets avaialble at the lift stations ?

90cm up top, 40cm in the valley, that's enough to not touch bottom...
Of course they will groom it, but would be awesome if they'd leave it to get ski-compacted instead for the next week or two, then bash it in time for the Christmas holiday makers.

I did watch that vid...there's some very nice scenery indeed in the Arlberg! The locals seem to be very hardy folk judging by their minimalist skiwear!

Anyone know how much/if it snowed today? Will tomorrow (Saturday) be worth the drive from Innsbruck, or should I just hit one of the local resorts that open tomorrow? Only got 3 days in St Anton with my season pass...
