@denfinella, Not North facing. Look at the shadows of the two trees just left of centre. The camera is pointing roughly SouthWest, those shadows' lengths seeming to indicate it's around the middle of the day. So W/SW facing slopes.

@Chaletbeauroc, I thought north facing because the slopes on the opposite hillside appear to have less snow cover. But yes, good point about the shadows. Taking both the shadows and the snow cover together, I'd guess west facing.
