Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Goggles for a smaller face

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi there,

I need a pair of goggles, however I would need a pair which are perhaps a bit smaller than average. I have only tried on a couple of different sets but of them, they all are enormous on my face! The only decent ones I have so far come across that are a bit smaller are Adidas Yodai. Are there any other alternatives out there of this sort of quality? I had fancied some oakley wisdom but I think they would just look silly on me....

many thanks

what about some kids' ones? Cebe have a range - presumably of the same sort of quality as their adult ones...

buns, the other pair in the Adidas range - The Robin - are made for smaller faces. I find them the most comfortable I've tried so far.

That is great thanks Little Angel

Has anyone else got specific suggestions? I am quite aware that some goggles are better than others for reasons of lenses fogging up or whatever, so Im trying to narrow my options while still being confident that the goggles I am looking at have a quality lens and so on. I am having trouble finding reviews online for anything beyond the big faced mens models....

Dragon DXS goggles might be suitable. I also found that most goggles seem to swamp me but the DXS are just fine. You can also get replacement lenses which means a set for overcast and a set for sunny days if that's what you want.

You can buy Dragon goggles online at http://www.sightdirect.co.uk/trolleyed/100/157/182/index.htm

You could try the XS O Frame by Oakley - specifically for smaller faces.

buns, my gf uses the kiddies cebe ones. Although they are great for seeing they don't half look very naff, they are a couple of years old now so hopefully they have updated their range since.

Also have v small face and wear cebe kids goggles - in a very fetching bright blue! Have lasted me 10 years now and still don't get fogged up - so perhaps not a very up to date recommendation...

some of the Arnette range are just smaller than some of the others in the rangeif that makes sense, its not a really well stocked brand in the UK but I bought a pair for my (small faced!?!??!?!) wife about three years ago at Gatwick Airport from the sunglass hut I think. Good Luck
