 Poster: A snowHead

Hey fellow ski enthusiasts,
I know this might sound a little unorthodox, but I’m on a mission to find the best skiing spots in the Netherlands.
My cousin has a new job and is moving out there sp I was thinking of some day trips while I'm there. I know it's a small country so expect I can travel wherever and back in a day.
Thanks folks

Landgraff is very good but is closer to Köln than Amsterdam. Actually the Netherlands is bigger than many people think. For instance it would be a 4 hour drive each way to visit Landgraaf from Groningen.
There are others as @andmelffion suggests visit the https://www.snowworld.com site for lots of other options

My son skied for the very first time in Holland aged 5. At a Center Parcs snowdome. Within an hour he was whizzing all over the thing.

Apparently swiss team ski at Laangraff in summer because they get faster turn around / better training conditions than in Zermatt

Given there’re quite a few snow domes, plus XC skiing have been identified, the joke is on the OP

@Ryunis, Many people actually go from the UK to the Netherlands to ski (I've been 3 times + once to Belgium). In fact if you want to ski next to a national or regional ski team then you are more likely to do so in the Netherlands than any of the Alpine countries. It is a place to go for serious skiing.
I suspect you are actually aware that it wasn't a joke

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

Montana ski slope by Center Parcs is great and you can also water ski on a cable pull on the lake at the Center Parcs!
