Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Another cloud free day. Problems with the Tommeuse lift this morning and the race track poma has now closed. However, great snow again. Superb conditions on the Pays D’esert. Only downside was the queue on the exit poma.

Not much of a freeze overnight then a bit of everything culminating in an electrical storm which led to lifts shutting down and trapping folk, including us the wrong side of the mountain. Eventually got back via the shuttle bus.
Last day tomorrow and freezing rain forecast. Some of the pistes are very patchy now.

Ta for updates interesting perspective as it winds down. Sounds like its time to shut it down now.

The question is whether it is worth booting up and heading up Grande Motte or heading hone? 2 against one for the latter at the minute. I am the former! Very Happy Very Happy

Well we finally packed in just after 15:30 today. Some blasting and wet snow slides around made for some late openings. Got soaked and dried off a couple of times. Snow at the top of Toviere was like copydex. Some great spots lower down where the mix of rain and slush allowed some movement. Very very quiet this afternoon even for a last day. In three runs (OK, Trolles, H) only saw one other person. We were forced into the Marmottes for a hot drink - there were only 7 other people in.
So all over now. We have managed 11 weeks and it does feel like it now.

And follow the instructions. However, if you have Carré Neige attached to your lift pass they will tell you to claim from then. But you then run into their excess which is very frustrating.

Did anyone successfully claim for the lost day on April 17th? We bought (and so claimed) via our TO, but they only paid back €20 per person. Reading the T&C's it looks like we should have got the full day's worth. Have I misread, or did our TO stiff us?
