Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I was looking to buy a ski pass through the Yuge app for Paradiski. I just wondered what happens, do you buy through the app and get a code or something to swap for a pass once in resort? Im in Arc 1600, where would I need to go to get my pass?

If you don't already have a lift pass, you can't re-charge via the app, you'll have to go to the office and collect one, so you may as well just buy from the office?

There's one in the main square in 1600

As @Gilly76, says just walk into the office and buy one. The office is in the main square and the staff really nice. There’s rarely more than a couple of people there ahead of you.

Where are you staying in 1600 @DHosking?

@DHosking, You are a 2 minute walk from the lift pass office. I cannot imagine there not being a ski locker but not sure about boot lockers. Though I stayed in Les Arolles once 40 years ago and a few other places in Arc1600 since then I've never seen boot lockers. I always take mine up to the apartment.
