Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Another option for Mon to Mon over NY.

What is the resort / skiing / and snow like? We'll be in a mixed ability group of skiers and boarders.

i'd recommend it. hightest resort in andorra. great ski schools for beginners / early intermediates. given the link with soldeu, bags of pistes. maybe a little limited in terms of challenging runs, but very cheap spirits in the shops to make up for it thaks to te duty free status

not been to Pas but have been to Soldeu a couple of times
the linked resort makes for good intro to skiing for all levels
also the ski school at Soldeu is excellent
we've gone with a mix of people / ability and it's worked

I love Pas, the ski area is pretty huge now its linked up to Soldeu, but there isnt much to challenge advanced skiers. If theres any real beginners they may struggle a bit coming back into Pas from Grau Roig as there are 2 (easy) red runs but they tend to get very busy later on in the afternoon, theyre really wide though.

Nightlife- wild, couple of good restaurants- excellent Paella place at the bottom of the slopes. Lots of bars and theyre all pretty damn good! IMHO
