I remember Raichle boots being the in thing (along with luminous Nevica jackets) back in the mid-late 80s when i started skiing. Don't see any of those old boots on the hills these days!
SMALLZOOKEEPER, how are the Full Tilt boots from a fitting point of view compared with your normal 4 buckle overlap design? easier, more versatile?
I was browsing their site a few weeks ago and noticed they're now owned by K2... are they about to emerge as a major player in the ski boot industry?

It could be putting a vibram sole on a standard alpine ski boot. this is typically done by a bootfitter for people who tour and are looking for ultimate downhill performance rather than lower weight and a walk-mode.
