Lindsey Vonn's (US) prize money of $466,000 this season, puts her in the lead in winnings on the World Cup circuit, according to the FIS. Cross-country skier, Justyna Kowalczyk (Poland) was next with $346,000. Both were overall champions. Didier Cuche (Switzerland) was the men’s top earner with $316,000....See: http://www.nytimes.com/2010/03/23/sports/skiing/23sportsbriefs-vonn.html

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person
That's not a lot of money for being the best on the planet at freefalling down twisty sheet ice.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?
And then there's the sponsorship deals $$$$ as well. may add up to a little more after all.

You need to Login to know who's really who.

Not bad considering she wasn't even the best American woman in the olympic alpine skiing.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Swirly, Think she was - 1 Gold & 1 Bronze. Mancuso got 2 Silvers. What has that got to do with prize money anyhow? They don't get any at the Olympics just in World cup. Vonn won 11 WC races and got 7 other podiums in the season. Easily better than anyone else.
