Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi - a snowhead Julian recommended a hotel in Igschl. They have replied to my email offering a room with "Whrilwanne." - What on earth does this mean? Hope it is not something unmentionable on a polite website! - is it just an en suite????? (do a bit of french and Spanish - and can guess in Italian - but not this...)

According to my german-speaking (a little) husband, PG is correct - it's one of those oversized bath-jaccuzi thingees....altho maybe not a jacuzzi proper.
However my husband's not to be relied on for many things, so this is probly one of them

sorry to be so dense - thanks to all of you!! Have now found the hotel website - and can find the room they have quoted for which does indeed have a bath whirl - thingy...
Still not booked though........ only 2 weeks to go...... do I do Igschl - Saas Fee - or is it about to dump masses over France..... and where will the wind/sun be.......soooooooooo stressful (not really - nice problem to have!!)...........will I spoil my record of always choosing the resort with the best snow in Europe?????? (hope not!!)
