FS, that's quite interesting, as a new piano bar opened in La Rosiere last year and it appears to be doing well. It's a nice place to go for a quieter more relaxed drink, but you're much more likely to meet the locals there than tourists. You're also right that music is the draw, last season we had a couple of tribute bands playing regularly in Le Pub and they were both terrific. To hear Paint it Black sung with a French accent is fantastic.
