Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

But the Grandparents are coming with my family and I can on our second ski week in Europe and my Grandmother wants the chance to have decent WiFi and English TV.

Does anyone know of a hotel in a family resort with such a thing.

Village Montana in Tignes Le Lac has BBC1, BBC2, BBC World and a few other English language channels. Ok WiFi, but I haven't tried to use it for downloading films or watching inter-web telly.

Stayed at the Hotel Diva once too (probably 10+years ago though) - That had BBC1 and Sky News.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

DanFuller,

Many places now have satellite telly. eg the last 2 (UK operated) chalets we stayed in (in Meribel) had a few English channels, including BBC news.

I'm sure there must be plenty of hotels with similar offerings.

We are going DIY I hasten to add. So may not be in a British TO Chalet/Hotel

Just get a smart DNS on your laptop and an HDMI cable to the tv and you'll be able to watch whatever you want via iPlayer etc. on the laptop. If that's too complicated, pre-load an Amazon box with the DNS and plug it into the TV and use the BBC/ITV etc. apps.
