Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

We want plan one more week ski vacation after one week ski touring at Tirol.

16--23 March.

Quiet, Charming local town, still good snow condition at leat at groomed piste. The location is around Innsbruck to Wörgl, we need back to Munich to get our flight.

Btw we are OK at high altitude, but our touring route just pass nearly all glacier ski resorts, I don't want to back again for a week, Smile If no more powder would be terrible.

So any advices? Thx a lot !!!

 Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

How are you planning on getting back to Munich car or train?

How long in advance do you want to book? Reason for that question is end of March can be not so good for snow conditions in the lower resorts, if you are happy to wait to book there is more choice than if you want to book early

If train, the obvious place is the Zillertal, lots of different resorts some of them fairly high. There are regular trains on the Zillertalbahn which connects to the main line trains at Jenbach back to Munich. Maybe either Kaltenbach or Zell am Ziller though I would be a little concerned about the state of the lower pistes. I might be inclined to consider some spots slightly further west but with easy access to the train. Serfaus / Fiss is reasonably high and is near to Landeck which has very regular trains to Innsbruck or even St Anton which has trains every two hours to Munich (change in Innsbruck or Kufstein).

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.
