has anyone got a email or phone number for them, I am trying to book transfer & website constantly coming back "An unknown error occurred during the creation of the booking, please try again or contact the system administrator"
they do not have any contact details on website.

Maybe call SNCF and see if they can give you a contact number, failing that I'ld contact through Facebook as it's more visible (so possibly swifter).
