FS Idris Skis Demo Skis

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
I'm selling off my demo skis, going to make a new fleet in the autumn.

All skis come with demo bindings if you want (Happy to take em off if you don't want em), postage not included (from Chamonix)

All the skis will come sharpened and waxed.

Most of the skis could do with a coat of varnish, I will put some pics up in the next few days

Chamois 155, 165, 185 €200
Chamois 175's €300
Bouquetin 160, 180 €150
Kamoshika 180, 190 €200
Lynx 173 €300

I have a few pairs of New (old stock) going for €400 - €800 model dependent if people are interested

If you'd had a big Lynx or Boquetin 190s I'd have been on like Donkey Kong. Presumably the Boqs have had a bit of a harder paper round.

Maybe on a 180. What demo binders?

Of course I'd love to try the big boys but have a lot of quiver overlap there.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

The 180's have 3.11 Marker Demo's . One big screw in the middle unlocks/locks the slide mechanism. Look like tradition Marker piste binding.
If memory serves I do have one pair of new (old stock) Bouquetin 190's with a rockered tip. These would be €600. Sorry the demo pair was given to Concept pro 2.5 years ago.

Cheers Tom. Heart saying take a punt, head saying too short. I expect the 3.11 track won't take Griffon demo pieces either.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Hi Dave, no the bindings a different system entirely. But if you wanted you could just mount the Griffon straight to the ski, but I can't see any change in performance. maybe loose 50grams

Tom, do you still have the Chamois available? What length for me would you reckon? Advanced skier, 5ft 10" 73kg.
