Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

ok so I know this is a slightly stupid how long is a piece of string type question, but I would appreciate any advice here, I have been organising a trip 25th march 2018 to 1 st April for me, my19 year old daughter and brother all good intermediate skiers and my non skiing 79 year old mum. I booked flights to innsbruck and a hotel in Santa Cristina near the lifts, as snow conditions look good, but I am now having slight panic attack ,is it very slushy/icy there at this time? should i drive to Obergugl instead? for better conditions?
Please help me!!

We are there 31/3 for a week, and with the season they have had, I don't think there will be any problems. Its snowing at the moment (3.30 11/3) and we were there at Easter 2 years ago when snow conditions were considerably worse than this year, and the snow was great until the last day of the season.

Well my Son and I went the corresponding week last year and the conditions were not looking great. Ribbons of white pistes among the green and brown. But it was great, most pistes were still open, sella ronda, hidden valley, cinque tore, Marmolada all good. it was very warm and there was some hard stuff early on, but brilliantly manicured pistes, some hard to recognise from the previous evenings return home runs ( La Villa to Badia ) and yes it was a bit slushy in the late after where the sun had been on the pistes.

We are going again in 2 weeks time and for sure the conditions will be good, also it's not the last planned week of the season in Badia as it was last year.

Only my 2ds worth - I would stick to the plan snowHead
